Children with Special Healthcare Needs
Every child is different. For children with medical, developmental, physical or sensory needs, we plan visits around what helps them feel comfortable — at their pace, with parents and caregivers closely involved.
Who we care for
- Children with autism, ADHD or sensory sensitivities
- Children with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome or other developmental conditions
- Children with heart conditions, bleeding disorders or other medical needs
- Children who are anxious or have had a difficult dental experience before
How we help
- 1
Get to know your child
We talk with you about your child’s needs, triggers, routines and what usually helps.
- 2
Familiar, gradual visits
Short, step-by-step visits help your child get used to the room, sounds and instruments.
- 3
Preventive focus
Fluoride, sealants and simple home-care plans to reduce the need for treatment.
- 4
Coordinate care
We work with your child’s doctors and therapists and refer for specialist care when needed.
This is general information. Your treatment is planned after an examination, and we explain the options and costs before we begin.
FAQ
Children with Special Healthcare Needs — questions
Have another question? Call us on +91 98400 00515.
Can I stay with my child during the visit?
Yes. Parents and caregivers are welcome and often the best support for the child.
What if my child cannot sit in the dental chair?
We adapt — shorter visits, different positions and plenty of breaks. If treatment needs a different setting, we will discuss the options with you.
How often should my child have check-ups?
Many children benefit from reviews every three to six months. We’ll suggest a schedule based on your child’s needs.
